Hey friends! I’m thrilled to share with you how I made this personalized floral wood earring display using the remarkable Xtool M1. For this project I’ll be using 3mm baltic birchwood. I find this material worked great for this project.
You’ll absolutely love how simple but beautiful this project turns out.
Materials:
- 3mm Baltic Birchwood
- Wood Glue
- Acrylic Paint
- Clear Paint Sealer
- Xtool M1 https://www.xtool.com/?ref=bkgIjrcfFMGLD&utm_medium=null&utm_source=influencer
- Triangle Prisms
Settings:
- Thickness: 3.8 mm
- Score: 60/90/1
- Cut: 95/4/2
- Engrave: 80/100/1
Earring Display Stand File:

- Size of the earring display is 4×7”.
- After writing out the name, make sure to “WELD” the letters together, otherwise the laser will cut through each letter.
- Duplicate the name, one will be used to score on the earring display, the other will be cut out. The purpose of scoring is to know where to place the name.

After cutting out the name, I applied 2 coats of acrylic paint over it. To set it, I used a clear paint sealer.
This is the paint sealer I used:
To apply your name onto the earring display using a wood glue works best.
